La bohème (/ ˌ l ɑː b oʊ ˈ ɛ m / LAH boh-EM, Italian: [la boˈɛm]) is an opera in four acts, composed by Giacomo Puccini between 1893 and 1895 to an Italian libretto by Luigi Illica and Giuseppe Giacosa, based on Scènes de la vie de bohème (1851) by Henri Murger. Giacomo Puccini's famous opera, La Boheme is packed full of fantastic arias, like "Che gelida manina." When Rodolfo reveals to Mimi that he has fallen in love with her, he wants to know all about her. He asks her to tell him something about her and her life.
