AM/FM not very much. Possible way out on recent vehicles that have no AM is use a 3.5mm cable to the car aux input from the headset jack of an am pocket radio. Or an AM radio to an FM radio converter (some run on a couple of AAA batteries). Best with an HD am radio that would be resistant to RFI.
